Hello,
Throughout the years I spend in _VOIS in different teams I can say that some of the most encountered characteristics in our most successful employees would be :
- Hard-working and solution-oriented : consistent and thorough in the working activities
- Not afraid of asking too many questions or the wrong questions : This will allow you to show that you want to understand better the requirements and learn more to improve yourself
- Able to share the knowledge with other through mentoring programs : a successful employee shares the experience gained with the rest of the colleagues and is involved in their professional shaping
- Leaves a mark through professional or life-work initiatives : the workplace should be a space where you are encouraged to grow , to learn and feel like a second home.
