What do you like about your job and the company?

Its been 8 years at _VOIS. I got an opportunity to work in various profile. I worked as Account Manager for both wholesale voice & data, than later moved to Commercial Manager for voice and data and than transitioned to Project Management. I have got immense support from leaders and team members, tremendous learning opportunities to Experiment and Learn fast . I feel so connected with Vodafone Spirits.

Greatest achievements

As we were transition from normal to virtual ways of working due to pandemic. It was tough for all of us keep the momentum and spirit high of all the people. During this period we launched various team learning and engagement initiatives to keep the going during tough times. We brought SEED (Self enhancing Edification), Svadhaya, Tea time story (leadership and motivational stories), good morning calls and Unwind (Friday fun activities), virtual health initiatives (Yoga, healthy food, cooking), reading club etc. All these initiatives supported team during tough time and it was appreciated by higher management

I recommend to work in Data Migration or in Master Data field for those persons who are not afraid of data (that might sound boring sometimes), learning to use new systems and processes, like to jump into the details and to see behind the scenes.

The one thing I have always lived upon is taking risks and continuous learning. Some of us always hold back to ourselves with a fear of failure and hence we don't want to take risk. I have always taken a pause to self reflect and set goals to add to my learning and capabilities. If I have to talk about some of the key risks I have taken that would be taking the risk of change from a very settled process to a project which was not doing well. I have always chosen to be in a challenging role rather than sticking to your comfort zone. The comfort zone may give you peace for a while but the challenges keep you motivated and gives you the passion to keep working.
