Established in 2006, _VOIS Vodafone Intelligent Solutions started as a contact center then to shared service and has evolved and transformed as an intelligent and digital solution provider, a purpose driven TechCo, dedicated to driving scale @ speed and delivering value to Vodafone. We are a global team of over 28,000 highly skilled people, servicing 28 countries across 4 locations in Egypt, India, Hungary and Romania. We underpin everything that Vodafone does. We bring innovation and agility to everything we do and everyone we serve. We move the world forward, every day. Our competition is with ourselves but not with any competitor.
I joined _VOIS as a Global Account Manager, continued in same role for around 3.5 years, then got promoted as a Commercial Manger for 2.5 years learned about Commercial, pricing and bid management and from there I moved into Project management domain by getting through IJP (internal job posting). It’s been 3 years working as Senior Business Analyst. My association with _VOIS has been since 2014 (completed 9 years). I am not the only one in the organization with such an amazing career journey and exposure but there are many colleagues who are associated with _VOIS for more than 10-15 years. Vodafone has invested in me via great learning opportunity, work life balance and giving me a platform to speak for myself.
