What's the best thing that happened at work this week?

This question just came at the right time – I’ve had a super productive week, filled with accomplishments and positive developments.

One of our proudest achievements was finalizing a tool that will significantly enhance Vodafone UK's sales strategy and streamline the work of senior sales leaders. This tool, meticulously crafted by one of my sub-team, will revolutionize the way Vodafone UK approaches new leads and significantly boost sales performance. I'm immensely proud of the dedication and expertise demonstrated by my team in bringing this project to success withing a relatively short period of time.

Another highlight of my week was the substantial progress we made on a transformative project for one of our UK partners. This project is meant to deliver exceptional outcomes for the entire Vodafone UK Business segment’s sales organization, setting new standards for operational excellence and hopefully both employee & customer satisfaction. Being a main character of this transformative initiative and witness its positive impact on our business is my honor!

If this wasn't enough, one of my team members has received an award from the UK (I am super proud of her!) for all the amazing work she did through 2023 for UK sales. The award has been issues and handed over by not other but the Head of Sales , and been annoucned in front of 150+ people.

To top my operational responsibilities – Christmas & holiday season is coming, sooo I am literally just finishing organizing next week’s epic Christmas Dinner for my team. These annual gatherings are always a source of joy and camaraderie, and I'm excited to celebrate & thank all the hard work, dedication and commitments I got from them in the last 12 months.

Overall, it's been an exceptionally rewarding week, filled with milestones achieved, projects advanced, and team spirit fostered.
