Have you ever had an unsuccessful project and what did you learn?

Reflecting on past experiences, I recall a significant project that didn't go as planned. Leading a major digital transformation initiative at Vodafone, we aimed to enhance customer engagement through a new application. Despite our best efforts, the project faced numerous challenges and ultimately didn't meet its initial goals.

However, this experience was a treasure trove of learning:

1. Clear Planning is Crucial: Thorough planning and clear scope definition are essential. Involving all stakeholders early on ensures everyone is aligned and can prevent many issues down the line.
