I started my career as a team leader and currently working as a global leader. The various skills I have acquired during my journey would include Partner management which helps me deal with different stakeholders effectively, basics of finance management, people management, coaching and development, project management, analytical skills (reviewing power BI dashboards etc), problem management, negotiation skills and most importantly time management which helped me maintain a healthy work life balance. I have become a much effective communicator with multiple exposure I had to present in various leadership forums.
