What skills do you most value among your colleagues?

Amongst my colleagues at _VOIS I highly value those who present skills such as
- Adaptability, as in being able to adjust when circumstances shift is an important part of being a great colleague. Adaptability makes it possible to work towards the company's goals when sudden changes happen.
- Attentiveness, like listening actively to your colleagues, and ensuring that they feel you pay attention to what they say creates a harmonious environment, where everyone feels included
- Being Reliable, well I do not care what difficulties I will face at work , as long as I can trust my colleagues, and teammates. the sense of togetherness is important.
- Authenticity, I highly appreciate it when people stay true to themselves, and don't feel the need to change their essence to accommodate - one shines brighter when they stay true to themselves, and develop faster
