What has been your experience of flexible working?

In Vodafone, Flexible Working doesnt only mean flexibility in work hours. For me it also meant flexibility in work patterns. In all the years in _VOIS I have always had the flexibility to work as per my opinion as long as the desired outcome was met. Most organizations have a set way of dealing with situations however at _VOIS we have a flexible way of reaching outcomes. While many lines of businesses here might not get flexibility in working hours I am certain all of them get flexibility in working patterns, for us its not only what you do its also how you do that matters.
