Can I apply to Discover Program 2023 when I have 6 months to graduate yet and get my bachelor degree?

The Discover programme helps graduates in developing themselves by providing them with the right platform and support to realize their potential. the Programme Eligibility as per the announced application as below
• Bachelor’s degree
• Age 26 years or below

but according to the above Programme Eligibility, you should have your Bachelor degree first.
