We have a full onboarding plan for new hires, it includes global onboarding about _VOIS process, Cyber security, and benefits.
as well as Agile fundamental training. also, there is project onboarding regarding the project itself and the different tech stack.
and we have a list of recommended training in different learning paths (test automation, performance testing, security testing, leadership, and softskills)
