What training is provided for newly-hired graduates?

We have a dedicated Learning and Development (L&D) department who designs various programs ((including certifications)) for all the levels of employees in the organization. For newly hired candidates to start with, we equip them with the process and technology training to onboard them in their role, and later as per their carrier aspirations they can choose the training program from the L&D designed training plan and be part of the training. For self-learners we have an internal digital library called Vodafone University where employees can get access various training modules. _VOIS has also tied up with the Linkedin learning, where employees can access various training programs.
