I started as a Tour Guide and ended up as a Tech-Senior Supervisor
I started my career on 2005 as Tour Guide for Spanish Speakers , then, Tour Operator & Senior Tour Operator for Spanish Market until 2012 , then, I had to improve my technical background by some courses & Trainings to have the opportunity to be a Technical Customer Support for XBOX Spain , then, Technical Customer Support for Sony Spain Products .
In 2013 , I joined Orange Business Services , Network Build Team as a Local Delivery Manager for Corporate DSL Projects at Spain , Portugal & Belgium , then, promoted in 2015 as a Service Transition Manager for all business solutions , then, Associate Project Manager & Project Manager worldwide in 2017 from Quote to Bill . In 2018, I had the opportunity to join _VOIS Business Technology & Solutions as a Spain Senior Supervisor to build Spain Order Entry team at _VOIS Egypt.
Sr.Team lead manage Commercial Registrations for Corp. Spain Customers
We're part of Network build team. In charge of Validation & Orders Creation on VBTS Spain CRMs Including billing invoices for all Spain Sites of corporate customers who have contracts with our Client VBTS Spain (Vodafone Spain).
We're managing Orders of (Activation, Modification Or Cessation) for Spain Customers .
We have to validate all customer data , billing data , site & solution data before registration to make sure the Order provisioning is going smoothly by other teams in Order's chain.

We ran automation Project for Deactivation Orders& Digitalized reports
As part of _VOIS strategy , We ran automation Project for most of our Portfolio Products & Digitalized 75% of our Reports into Power Bi & Power Apps which improved Quality , saved time & efforts . Some automation projects are in-house projects done by team members themselves by Self-learning of RPA Ui-Path Solution . All Reports & Dashboards are digitalized by my team to enhance Reports Quality , Access & better view .
