I joined _VOIS in 2021 as a Contractual Employee and was offered a Permanent Position within eight months. Currently, I proudly serve as a Senior Data Engineer. This journey exemplifies both career growth and continuous learning, which are directly proportional to personal and professional development. There are immense opportunities to grow in _VOIS, there are no limitations to ones experience / back ground. As long as you have zeal to learn and attitude of going extra mile for the customers, you will grow faster. You name the technology / function / department and we have that in our organization, starting from IT service desk to a 3rd line IP engineer, or change /config / service management etc. While i manage the front office teams (Customer facing advisors), i had team members who had cracked IJP in various teams (Cyber Security / Service Management / IT Service Management) etc.

The one thing I have always lived upon is taking risks and continuous learning. Some of us always hold back to ourselves with a fear of failure and hence we don't want to take risk. I have always taken a pause to self reflect and set goals to add to my learning and capabilities. If I have to talk about some of the key risks I have taken that would be taking the risk of change from a very settled process to a project which was not doing well. I have always chosen to be in a challenging role rather than sticking to your comfort zone. The comfort zone may give you peace for a while but the challenges keep you motivated and gives you the passion to keep working.
