Greatest achievements

I began my career at VOIS as a Customer Service Advisor and progressed to the role of Senior Operations Manager through dedication and consistent performance. During my tenure with the UK market team, I successfully transitioned a new business from the UK to India and established a robust BCP site in Pune. Over the last five years supporting the Ireland market, my proudest moment came when I was honored as a Spirit of Vodafone Global Hero by the Vodafone CEO. I am also a 11-time Quarterly Star Award winner, recognized for leading high-impact projects and driving operational excellence across global footprints

Leave the fear somewhere else and give your best wherever you go. The best advice someone could give is that you need to be yourselves. Nobody knows the things you do know better than you. And one of the best advices I could have ever gotten is: Learning to work with yourself is the best kind of thing you can learn, because you are your own enemy. Make yourself a friend out of you.
