I joined _VOIS in 2021 as a Contractual Employee and was offered a Permanent Position within eight months. Currently, I proudly serve as a Senior Data Engineer. I recommend to work in Data Migration or in Master Data field for those persons who are not afraid of data (that might sound boring sometimes), learning to use new systems and processes, like to jump into the details and to see behind the scenes.

The one thing I have always lived upon is taking risks and continuous learning. Some of us always hold back to ourselves with a fear of failure and hence we don't want to take risk. I have always taken a pause to self reflect and set goals to add to my learning and capabilities. If I have to talk about some of the key risks I have taken that would be taking the risk of change from a very settled process to a project which was not doing well. I have always chosen to be in a challenging role rather than sticking to your comfort zone. The comfort zone may give you peace for a while but the challenges keep you motivated and gives you the passion to keep working.
