If you're stepping into Agile project management, stay endlessly curious. Agile isn’t just a framework—it’s a mindset of learning, adapting, and improving. Embrace every sprint as a chance to grow, and don’t be afraid to ask questions or challenge the status quo.

In today’s landscape, AI is reshaping how we plan, deliver, and collaborate. Learn how to work with it, not around it. Tools like ChatGPT and GenAI aren’t just trends—they’re becoming essential partners in decision-making and delivery.

Keep learning, stay open, and remember: agility starts with you.

Top Insider Advice

The one thing I have always lived upon is taking risks and continuous learning. Some of us always hold back to ourselves with a fear of failure and hence we don't want to take risk. I have always taken a pause to self reflect and set goals to add to my learning and capabilities. If I have to talk about some of the key risks I have taken that would be taking the risk of change from a very settled process to a project which was not doing well. I have always chosen to be in a challenging role rather than sticking to your comfort zone. The comfort zone may give you peace for a while but the challenges keep you motivated and gives you the passion to keep working.

Leave the fear somewhere else and give your best wherever you go. The best advice someone could give is that you need to be yourselves. Nobody knows the things you do know better than you. And one of the best advices I could have ever gotten is: Learning to work with yourself is the best kind of thing you can learn, because you are your own enemy. Make yourself a friend out of you.
