Over the past four years, I’ve led Agile transformation across the organisation, helping scale Agile practices and align delivery with strategic business outcomes. I’ve contributed to key projects and programmes that reflect my commitment to embedding agility and driving value at every stage.
I’ve taken ownership of strategic roadmaps and milestone planning, guiding cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business priorities and timely execution.
Coaching and capability building have been central to my role. I’ve supported onboarding and performance development while fostering a culture rooted in the right behaviours and continuous improvement.
I’ve also invested in my own growth—refining my leadership style and deepening my commitment to personal and professional development.
