What do you like about your job and the company?

I can clearly say that the best part of my job is the community. Everyone around me is eager to help me learn new things, while also listening to me when it comes to new things for them. I think that VOIS is the best place for a person to start working, but not only on projects related to tech or other fields, in fact, also working on themselves.

The opportunities VOIS offer are numerous and can help anyone get their best version of themselves outside. By having dedicated programms that aid students to get to know how a job really works, to helping people make a 180 change in their careers, VOIS is one of the best places to work, in my opinion.

Greatest achievements

VOIS being my first job, here I had all my achievements. The best ones are related to giving back to the community by participating in different Job Fairs and talking about VOIS. Also, one more recent is that I was selected to talk with Gary Adey, the CEO of VOIS in a meeting in Romania.

Its very important to know what you like or what is it that gives you great motivation at work. Try and do more of that at work. Also whatever you do, give it your best shot. Put all your heart and soul into things that you have chosen for yourself. At the end of the day you need to feel happy about the work that you have done and it should motivate you to come back to it the next day too. If you love your work, the work will give you all the reason and opportunities to grow.

There are immense opportunities to grow in _VOIS, there are no limitations to ones experience / back ground. As long as you have zeal to learn and attitude of going extra mile for the customers, you will grow faster. You name the technology / function / department and we have that in our organization, starting from IT service desk to a 3rd line IP engineer, or change /config / service management etc. While i manage the front office teams (Customer facing advisors), i had team members who had cracked IJP in various teams (Cyber Security / Service Management / IT Service Management) etc.
