Leave the fear somewhere else and give your best wherever you go. The best advice someone could give is that you need to be yourselves. Nobody knows the things you do know better than you.
And one of the best advices I could have ever gotten is: Learning to work with yourself is the best kind of thing you can learn, because you are your own enemy. Make yourself a friend out of you.

Its very important to know what you like or what is it that gives you great motivation at work. Try and do more of that at work. Also whatever you do, give it your best shot. Put all your heart and soul into things that you have chosen for yourself. At the end of the day you need to feel happy about the work that you have done and it should motivate you to come back to it the next day too. If you love your work, the work will give you all the reason and opportunities to grow.
