I couldn't specify any project that particularly turned out as an unsuccess or a fail, but definitely there were projects where we made mistakes or struggled to complete the deliveries in time or in the way how it had been scheduled / planned. Nevertheless all projects are always a lesson and experience that help us to make it better or different in the future.
