Please describe the biggest opportunities facing the company/department right now?

My team in a nutshell is providing sales support services to the operating companies of Vodafone in different countries (such as Vodafone UK, IE, etc..). In the last couple of years we have worked extremely hard to build best practice solutions - aiming to significantly make sales' life easier , releasing them to sell.

The excellent work done, and the series of success stories achieved has started to spread and reached several leaders of different business lines generating curiosity at decision maker level.

At the moment there is a high interest towards the team and it's services, which I consider a great opportunity for _VOIS and for myself as well to scale up an existing team.

The size & nature of opportunities we face with (on my team's level) are frequently depending our diligence, proactiveness, creativity and willingness to do the extra mile for our partners / customers.

The above is a great example where hard work resulted and triggered great opportunities!

Overall I experience , that there is an increasing interest from Vodafone Operating Companies towards _VOIS provided services, so I am 100% sure anyone joins the organization will rather sooner than later have his / her own story of facing opportunities!
