Describe the opportunities to learn from more senior employees?

The manifesto of _VOIS says "...We’re a team of highly skilled individuals sitting at the heart of the company, united by the spirit of collaboration..." this short snapshot of what we believe in says it all. My own personal opinion is that the only thing you can't learn in _VOIS is what you do not want to learn! We have all the tools & opportunities around us we need to improve and develop ourselves - all we need is the willingness to learn!

Why do I say that?
Our organization has thousands of talents in different points of the globe to whom you have direct access to engage with & learn from!
The company culture greatly supports mentoring & coaching as well, meaning that other than approaching people adhocly we have the opportunity to participate in a mentoring / coaching program free of charge (both as a mentor / coach - or a mentee / coached) in which we can choose from senior, highly skilled individuals based on a list of their attributes / skills / competences and kick off the common work immediately.

If you are motivated, inspired, energetic and have the willingness to learn - _VOIS is definitely your place - as literally saying there is no impossible to learn here!
