Every one of us is contributing in a different way to the overall outcome, making each one equally important. Here at Vodafone, we weight success both quantitative and qualitative by setting up goals. The characteristics of most successful employees are various: goal setting, planning and tracking, grit, curiosity, continuous improvement, giving feedback, asking for help, ability to convey a message to hybrid audiences, collaboration. There are many ways to practice these and here at Vodafone there will always be someone to guide you to the success journey.
