Please tell me about the training when you first joined?

When I joined _VOIS along with general induction about the company HR Policies, 'Organization History & Details', 'employee initial key touch points' were shared.

But best thing I liked was very much focus and emphasis on ‘Health, Safety and Environment” not only from local HR and Local Organization Leaders and management, but right up to the Global Top management.

Overall purpose of the organization is to make incoming employee comfortable with Organization Policies and Process, there are multiple training at every milestone in the yearly journey of person with respect to Performance evaluation, self-development, HR policies.

There is emphasis to make sure that employee grow in personal sphere as well, so for that there are 'interaction and training' with Sr management, wide range of experts in personal finance, personal taxation, health, women specific topic etc.

Lastly but not the least, there is high focus and commitment to bring the new joiner to speed with departmental, technical and skill related ‘on job’ , online/ Self paced and ‘Instructor led training’ from best of the organization and best of the resource.

Along with these training a new joiner can opt for many organization wide initiatives for new tech, collaboration , transformation , CSR etc.
