Marketing Operations Manager

Both soft and hard skills. Even though I was leading marketing teams in my previous jobs, the people manager role was a completely different experience here in _VOIS. The leadership skills are definitely in my top 5 list. We are very lucky to have internal training platforms for all sorts of training and able to choose the ones that you are interested or need to develop yourself. If I can highlight some of them: managing cross-functional teams, communication, feedback giving, how to handle challenging conversations, problem solving, time management, self marketing and obviously glints of our services in techy marketing: Marketing Automation, Front End Development, Agile, Scrum, Project Management and in Recruitment how to find the best talents ;)
