Please tell me about the training when you first joined?

I consider training to be like the dating period before committing into a relationship. It is here where we get to know each other and form the trust and mutual respect. Likewise when I joined, I used this period to know more about the work and the people. Most of what we learn during training is theory , all work related things get clearer when you are on the job. Hence for me training was a period filled with novelty , fun and discovery. While we were made comfortable while in training, it gave me a chance to know the organization and policies better.
