sorry for the late reply but i was checking the documents for you case and i found these info ,
- The reminder emails you received show that your assessment is still marked as pending in the system.
- This usually happens if the final “Submit” step wasn’t completed, even if you finished all sections.
- Click the link in the reminder email, log in to the platform, and check if any step still appears as Incomplete.
- A correctly submitted SOVA assessment normally shows a confirmation screen or provides a feedback report.
If it still looks incomplete, you can retake or contact SOVA support via the link in the guide.
