What kind of soft skills will help me succeed?

When we talk about learning soft skill while working in any domain(IT, Telecom, healthcare etc.)...most commonly topics discussed are like "Improve Communication skill" .."Collaborative Spirit" etc...That’s True, we should have it. But In my career journey till so far I have experienced that we should give importance to "Emotional Intelligence" more…its your ability to observe, control, and gauge emotions. In any field of work this will help you to apply all other soft-skills more effectively , which you have learned. And which ultimately help you move upward in your career graph....it covers everything from empathy and self-awareness to social awareness and conflict resolution.

And I can say that it can be learned and strengthened!
