In what ways will my career progression be supported?

Progression depends on your performance and ability to match roles both vertically and horizontally. For e.g. you may take roles over different aspects of existing roles; or you show abilities to perform as a line manager, and grow to manage teams.

At the beginning of each fiscal years to plans our defined: a performance development plan, and a personal development plan. This is the perfect opportunity to think about potential next roles and have a discussion with your manager on this topic. Together with your manager, the two plans are defined and various trainings and activities can be scheduled in order to support the achievement of the plan. Of course, it is hard work, but managers in _VOIS tend to really focus on progression and opportunities inside the company.
