To be honest there are some challenging aspects on my role, As since we started to work at this Area almost 4 years ago we had to define a lot of policies and to create processes, as also along the way we are changing and tuning the process. as also to adapt with the Rapid change at VOIS technology and to maintain the technical knowledge and to learn daily
