Our biggest Challenge in the last 3 month, was that we received an mail which we are opening our offices 100% and we will start going back to office. Everyone was panicking as you can imagine having to get back to offices after working from home for 2 years. People started to wonder and ask lots of questions, how we will go (Transportation), how many days we have to go, and if it is mandatory. However as VOIS_ our people are our priority we raised the employees concern to the management, and they showed flexibility and understanding to the situation, they accept the fact that all the employees' lifestyle has changed during the pandemic and it's not suitable to force us back to office and work 5 days a week. Now we still work from home as we like without any forcing from the management, and we take it step by step to get back to the new normal and hybrid working.
