What do you like about your job and the company?
Management at _VOIS are facilitators, not a dictator. We all here value autonomy, giving the freedom to get things done in ways acceptable and see the changes. This leads to creating a healthy atmosphere, ultimately motivates all of us. Also @ _VOIS , we ensure that the ideas, suggestions, grievances that they have put forth will be looked into and addressed in a timely fashion.

Started the “Mobile App Development” Team in 2009, and made it another revenue generation vertical for the company. Received “ Vodafone Fantastech” Award in 2018-19. Rated as “Top Performer/Talent” throughout the tenure.
