Currently working with _VOIS (erstwhile Vodafone Shared Services – India) as Deputy General Manager – Consumer Products (Europe). communication, Quality assurance. Grown & driven offshore portfolios in the range of US$ 50 - 60mln in offshore ODCs and in onsite-offshore models.

Ownership of due diligence with customers, and providing Solution Design, Ideation & Gap Resolution for integration of digital technology into all areas of a business, fundamentally changing the way we operate and deliver value to customers.
3. Market Research/Competitive Intelligence
Defining target markets and opportunities within them. Creating and produce market research reports on specific products and services. Making recommendations to senior management based upon research findings.
Managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver IT Projects using Agile.
Currently working with _VOIS (erstwhile Vodafone Shared Services –India) as Deputy General Manager – Consumer Products (Europe).

Working with the Product Managers and Service Owners to define the roadmap for products, and developing an agreement between the project team and stakeholders that includes the objective, estimated cost, and deadline.
