In a word, I would say Excellent!
I enjoy collaborating with my peers a lot, and I feel a clear sense of empowerment from my Manager as well. As for team members who report into me, we have monthly all hands meetings with my entire team, monthly one-to-one meetings with my direct reports, a lot of engagement surveys, training sessions, on-demand meetings to discuss anything that's on their minds, and many more ways to engage via Teams channels, via GitHub projects, ...etc
I like to believe that members of my team are happy to work with me, and I know for a fact that I am privileged to work with them.
