What is your relationship like with your colleagues and team?

Though an outsider could think collegial relationships within such a big organization are distinct - my experience is exactly the opposite. Most of the teams / sub-team within _VOIS are very "family like" , sticking together and making your feel you belong somewhere!

In my team, we have a very honest and supportive atmosphere where each member of the team can rely on every other members and vice -verse. We build and maintain the circle of safety to ensure no challenges and or changes outside of our control existing we could not resolve or adapt too together.

Hierarchy obviously exists in _VOIS too just like in any other service centers, though my manager never made me feel subordinate (experience of 8+ years) and I never made my reports feel subordinates neither, therefore everyone knows where he / she sits in the organization still everyone is being encouraged to build relationships with anyone regardless seniority and position and be very open and honest with each other!

As said my relationship with my own team is very family like, we can always lean on each other , we overcome challenges together, and we celebrate successes together as well!
