Having to collaborate with colleagues from various parts of the business and different levels of seniority would require some great communication skills, together with a pretty good stakeholders management. Of course the knowledge level of theory as well as the technical side of things will greatly help a project manager taking strategic decisions/initiatives when needed, but I believe it is equally important (if not more) how you leverage on your interpersonal skills, making a really good use of your networking, persuasion and negotiation skills.
