We embrace diversity in many dimensions — be it gender, culture, nationality, abilities, generations, or even thought. Our teams span across geographies like India, UK, Egypt, Romania, and South Africa, which brings rich global collaboration and a variety of perspectives into everything we do.
There are also structured Diversity & Inclusion initiatives in place — including programs and events around gender equality, mental health & wellbeing, accessibility, LGBTQ+ inclusion, and cultural awareness. I'm personally involved in some of these initiatives, and it’s inspiring to see how the organization creates space for honest conversations and real actions.
