The most challenging is to have or put the right people to the right places/roles/teams in the right time without causing harm. You need to look and listen carefully for people: what they are capable of, what their plans are, their interests and when time comes, you need to act. With that support, you offer new opportunities for the employees, give next steps in their career path.
