The re-org has a 2nd side, besides EARNING CUSTOMER LOYALTY - as one of our Vodafone Spirit pilar - CREATE THE FUTURE by training our colleagues to be competitive in marketing, following the market trends. The most challenging is to have or put the right people to the right places/roles/teams in the right time without causing harm. You need to look and listen carefully for people: what they are capable of, what their plans are, their interests and when time comes, you need to act. With that support, you offer new opportunities for the employees, give next steps in their career path.
