You can always find the available and required skill sets on our career website. Just type “Discover” in the search bar and select Egypt as the country. This will show all Discover openings where you can apply.

The most common skills we look for include:

• Eagerness to learn and grow – the program targets graduates who are motivated to explore opportunities and make an impact.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse teams
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for networking and cross-functional projects.

Applications for the 2025 Discover Graduate Programme opened in late December 2024 and closed on January 6th, 2025. This means graduates finishing in June 2025 are not eligible for this intake, but you can start preparing for the next one.

The Discover assessment consists of three parts:

• Video interview (5 questions)
• Numerical challenge
• Logical pattern challenge
