Opted for a Internal Job positing with in _VOIS and Changes role to GM Global Office IT -Operation Support for 120K Employees in 20 countries and 10 Group Entities. I joined _VOIS as DGM Tools and Automation went on to become Head Tools and Automation,Leading a team of 65 Niche Skill Colleague for supporting captive monitoring and Tools Admiration Service it was Global role with Multiple touch ponint and diverse stakeholders. For Couple of year at Wipro Ltd worked as National Practice Delivery Manager and Program Manager Delivery North. There I was leading a team of 100+ Colleague. Managing 55+ simultaneous projects Globally for the EMS practice. In Hewlett Packard I was working as Sr Consultant for Enterprise Management Systems was involved in delivering Project of HP Open View Suit of Products.

I work for the Collaboration & Productivity of ~120k Users.

As GM for Global office IT -Operation Support Cross function working with Multiple teams Providing Solution and Support for MS Teams , Exchange Online , SharePoint online , Mobile devices support , IT Service Management, User support enablement with conversational AI. Along the journey collaborated with HR and resourcing team to promote Collaboration and Productivity through Office IT tools. Transition from On pre to Cloud. Complete work force enablement during Covid19 for remote working.

Working with Globally dispersed team of supportive colleagues.

Working with Team of Niche skilled , excellent people spread across Europe , India and Egypt . Which includes Principal Managers , Solution Owners , Service Owners , Service Designer , Architects , UX/UI , Operation support engineers ITSM experts.
