Describe some challenges that you face in your current role?

I thought hard on this question , and after spending around 8 years in VOIS and 5 year in current Service Line , I don't see any thing as a challenge as such ,as on organization we are a very mature in terms of all the process i.e HR, Finance , Departmental .We have great focus on employee well beings with Employee experience excellence & open and transparent culture. Only main area of improvement seem how to keep you mental makeup and attitude balanced in all the situations. Where you can take decision with 70-80% data points availability and putting your point of view across without making too many people uncomfortable i.e to keep balance on hard logic and soft discussions.
