Being Motivated is a bit hard to be achieved all the time , however being realistic is one of the main Keys. also having a good working environment and great teammates are very important factors. as am working in Real Time Communications area , makes learning new Technologies and find new innovative solution. as every day brings something new/different in real time communication field and that surprise is motivating me.

Team Leader - Security Analysis

Keeping motivated is sometimes difficult, especially when facing challenging situations. For me, getting nudges which allow me to complete a difficult task from my peers and my manager helps a lot. I find that after completing a challenge, my motivation is very high. Additionally, a well-defined development plan put together with your manager is a great way of keeping the motivation levels high, as it allows you to work towards a next step in your career.
