This a great question! There are multiple career opportunities here at VOIS. Firstly, there are a lot of formal and informal training opportunities where you can upskill. Furthermore, you are encouraged to take a couple of hours a week to learn and develop your skillset.

If you want to change your area, for example from Business Analyst to Software developer, your management team will encourage you to develop your skills and, eventually, you will be able to move to the desired role.

In my case, I joined VOIS 1.5 years ago and, with guidance from my management team and with formal and on the job trainings, I got a promotion. :)
