Yes, absolutely! I think it had always been the case, but ever since the pandemic started, even more emphasis is placed on providing flexibility to us as employees. This means that I can arrange my day and prioritize my tasks however I see fit, with my manager focusing on enabling me instead of micro-management. The flexibility also applies to where I work, with fully remote working as the norm; however, we have the possibility to work from the office up to 2 days a week.
