As a team leader for the Network Delivery Management team at Vodafone, I am responsible for:

-Manage the full lifecycle of projects from feasibility assessment, development, testing, implementation to closure.
-Define the project plan in agreement with all involved parties and stakeholders.
-Build the project Organization and make sure resources are allocated and always available
-Responsible for information flow and communication within the project team and main stakeholders
-Perform risk and change management
-Track project progress and provide timely reports to all stakeholders
-Manage all team members and ensure they deliver their projects according to Vodafone processes
-Define team objectives and evaluate the team members performance according to HR guidelines and processes
