Team Leader - Security Analysis
Thank you for this great question! One of the biggest challenges that I face in my role is managing my time properly. At times I feel like I am simply going through the day by jumping from one meeting to the next. However, over time, I learnt to delegate certain tasks to other team members, allowing them to grow and take on more responsibilities. Additionally, I am now using a kanban board to keep track of my tasks and prioritize critical topics.
