Team Leader - Delivery Management as a Service

I actually enjoy the positive environment we have in our organization, the great spirit and the little details of the different projects I am managing and also in my parallel role as a team leader I really enjoy working with my management, peers and my team members in a very healthy environment, this is for sure the best part of my current role, working with such amazing people and learning together through experience.

Vodafone offers a lot of opportunities for you to grow your skills and stretch your capabilities, having a clear career path and different promotions options is something that I really appreciate and enjoy in my current role as I am responsible for making sure that my team members grow and remain excited about their roles within our team/organization.
