I work with global team members and our bond is based on clear and transparent communication, respect and collaboration. My team is supportive and empathetic. We recognize and appreciate each other's efforts and celebrate little wins from everyday life. The best part about my team is while we are all from different backgrounds and culture, we are keen to know about each other's local traditions.

During our regular catch-ups, we share a detailed view of the projects we are currently working on, the goods and bads, learnings and actions - this helps us all grow together and we learn fast.
