My experience with flexible working at VOIS is just great and I think it is now on the top of every employee wishlist. This have direct impact on increasing out productivity by becoming more available to customers even outside business hours while at the same time maintaining a great work life balance by switching off and enjoying more time with the family thus limiting stress and burnouts, thereby better overall performance. Last but not least having the opportunity to attract top talents within the market and better retention rates.
