Can you tell me what your first year was like?

Starting from the onboarding process at _VOIS, ..it was a seamless and well-coordinated experience. It facilitated a swift adjustment and integration into the company. In the initial months, attended onboarding sessions and training programs which played a crucial role in familiarizing me with the company's procedures, tools, and performance expectations.

Actively engaging with my colleagues was instrumental in both assimilating into the team and expanding my skill set through collaboration on various projects. Their guidance and expertise proved invaluable in my professional growth. People are really supportive here&.that’s the overall culture of Vodafone.

Over the course of the year, I had the privilege of participating in a range of workshops, training sessions, both internally and externally, which further enriched my knowledge and capabilities.

By the end of the year, I experienced a profound sense of achievement and satisfaction :-)
