Can you describe a typical day in your role?

A typical day in my role starts with a coffee catch up with my team to discuss the previous day's performance, challenges and agree to the strategy for the day to address to meet performance KPIs. Post that I spend 30% of my day in managing daily emails from teams, SLT, partners and also reviewing performance stats as part of various reports. Other than that I engage 20% of my time in coordinating and monitoring real time performance to ensure all teams are on track and be available for any real time support. I spend 40% of my time in engaging on various calls which includes performance review calls with SLT, partners, digital initiatives, strategic calls, budgeting, people connect, team 121s, HR connect and any other connects schedule for the day. The rest of the 10% I keep it as leisure to absorb any adhoc/exception project call, self learning through online modules or to have some fun engaging activities with my team.
