The flexible working has been a great experience for me. I have been able to set and work on my most productive hour and the right environment. Not having to commute has saved time for me. It reduces the stress and associated cost too. Being a working Mother, Iam able to manage a better work life balance and child care. I have also observed less absenteeism in the team. Overall its been great for my physical, mental and social wellbeing.
